Go to camera news site to escape politics. Camera news site force feeds politics. Camera news site supports movement that was subverted to break down society. In short, I just want fun camera stuff, and no one to destroy things. We are tired of all this.

BLM is not a relevant political movement in a country with a 76% black population with majority elected governments at every level.

Logically, if Nikon does the research and sees only a small percentage of sales to black SA citizens then only one or two black ambassadors may be quite logical. You spend your ad dollars where they will do the most good not to virtue signal (except in the U.S of course) .

If photographers already with Z50 cameras had to submit portfolios to apply for the gig, black customers in SA may buy Leica or 'Blad or anything other than an anemic mid range mirrorless Nikon from Japan.

It is all about black & white.....even negatives are lost in this debate. Quantity before quality :) See the results in RSA's economy :)
